First use and setup of your ethylia station

Welcome! You’ve just received your ethylia station, thank you for your commitment to drunk driving prevention.

This page will guide you step by step to quickly install and configure your station, so it’s up and running in just a few minutes.

Before you begin, please check the contents of your starter pack.

What’s included in the starter pack?

The ready-to-use pack includes everything you need for a quick and secure installation, fast and hassle-free setup!

Access to the ethylia app and its online management console
An 11-inch Android touchscreen tablet, with charger and angled connector for secure power connection
A secure protective case for the tablet
A certified electronic breathalyzer, with mounting cable
An anti-theft holder to keep the breathalyzer secure
100 single-use mouthpieces
A wall-mounting system
🛠️ Optional: A countertop stand or a freestanding floor stand

Tablet setup

Before configuring your station, start by preparing the provided tablet :

Fully charge the tablet

before first use.

Power on the tablet

by holding down the power button.

Follow the setup assistant:

Select your language and time zone. Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network. Accept the terms of use.

Install system updates,

if prompted, to ensure optimal compatibility.

Enable recommended settings:

Disable extended auto-sleep to keep the screen active.

You're now ready to install the ethylia app!

Physical installation of the station

Choose a visible and accessible location, near the entrance, close to the bar, or in a dedicated prevention area. Make sure the setup is stable and secure.

Insert the tablet into its secure case.

Mount the unit on the wall bracket

or attach it to the stand, depending on your chosen setup.

Place the breathalyzer in its anti-theft holder

and secure it with the provided cable.

Keep the single-use mouthpieces

nearby for easy access.

Once the station is physically installed, you can move on to system activation.

Activating your ethylia account

When your pack was shipped, you received an account activation email. Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to configure your station and manage your prevention campaigns. Your account gives you access to :

Didn’t receive the activation email?

Check your spam or junk folder.
If you can’t find it, go to www.ethylia.app, click “Client Access”, then select “Forgot Password” to receive a new activation email.

Open the app.

Log in with your administrator credentials
